For our sirloin and fillet steaks, we primarily use “Shiraoi Beef” with detailed marbling. The steak which we cook on a far-infrared ray grill which fully draws out the flavor of Wagyu, then flambe on an iron plate, is exceptional. The dishes grilled on an iron plate using Hokkaido-produced live marine products such as abalone and scallops are also a delicacy. We have also prepared a variety of course menus in which you can enjoy these Wagyu beef dishes and live seafood dishes together.
